Welcome to the web page of Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral , Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery. Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery is a department that has undertaken a heavy mission, including polyclinic, local operating room and general operating room services, as well as educating undergraduate and specialist students. It serves patients with a wide range of surgical procedures that require knowledge of the notion of medicine and basic sciences, as well as knowledge of dentistry. Tooth extraction, implant surgery, tumor and cyst surgery, orthognathic surgery, procedures for tooth clenching problems, jaw joint surgery and health services for special patient groups are carried out successfully in our department. We are happy to continue on our way with our experienced teaching staff, trained auxiliary staff, and specialty students who aim to achieve the best in their profession.
As the Department of Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery, our most important missions are to convey the most up-to-date information to our students, to provide the best service to our patients within the framework of professional ethical rules, and to achieve success in academic studies and international platforms.
